Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with our clients' top management in the development and implementation of forward‑thinking strategies and concepts.
• Independent execution of national and international consulting projects on strategic issues across the entire value chain in manufacturing companies.
• Development of tailor‑made solutions, e.g. for business model transformation, realignment of global production networks, end‑to‑end supply chain optimisation, and determination of optimal vertical integration.
• Application of innovative and digital consulting approaches to increase efficiency and competitiveness.
• Continuous development of our consulting approaches, methods, and tools.
• Support with project acquisition from existing and new customers.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in a leading industrial or logistics company, or in a reputable strategy consultancy.
• Successful completion of a university degree, ideally with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• In‑depth knowledge of strategy development, operational excellence, logistics, and supply chain optimisation.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for developing sustainable solutions.
• Experience in leading and motivating clients within complex project structures.
• Convincing communication skills and excellent negotiation abilities.
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken.
• High willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
• Residency within the DACH region.
