Service Lead SAP Technology & Architecture (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

S/4HANA Transformation & Architecture: You support the transition to S/4HANA and further conceptualize and develop our global ERP system landscape in collaboration with non-SAP teams.
Solution design: You develop and maintain a future-proof SAP / ERP landscape based on S/4, BTP and cloud applications
Leadership: You manage and oversee a global team for SAP Basis Architecture and Development
Partners: You maintain the cooperation with SAP platform providers and manage suppliers and partners (mainly in Europe, including SAP RISE)
Release: You ensure the smooth operation of our SAP systems and manage the portfolio for technical change requests and projects.
Interfaces & Integration: You operate and develop interfaces and integration platforms, taking cloud technologies and process integration into account.
Application & Support: You develop new applications and provide 3rd level support for our SAP systems.
Quality & Security: You ensure our quality standards and oversee vulnerability management to ensure system security.
Contact: As the first point of contact for internal departments and external partners, you manage escalations and incidents, for example.
Qualifications

Qualifications: You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable, e.g. training as an IT business administrator.
Experience: You possess at least 3 years of in-depth SAP knowledge in a comparable role.
Conceptualization: You own experience in the conceptualization and further development of an ERP system landscape as well as with cross-functional IT projects.
Project management: You have in-depth knowledge of project management, agile methods and the areas of SAP Basis, databases, operating systems and printer management.
Cloud: You can contribute good knowledge of cloud technologies to our company.
Language: Good knowledge of German (at least B2) and English round off your profile.
