What you’ll do

• Strategic development of Drywall Systems within lightweight facade systems across the EMEA region, focusing on growing the lightweight facades portfolio.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable development plans, launch new systems in line with market needs, and manage the full process from ideation to go‑to‑market.
• Collaborate closely with EMEA and local Product Management, Project Management, R&D, and commercial teams to drive system development initiatives and ensure alignment across functions and markets.
• Monitor global construction trends, identify customer and market needs, and turn insights into innovative system solutions across sectors and application areas.
• Support market positioning and launch strategies through competitor analysis, legal and intellectual property considerations, and Center of Excellence topics in drywall exterior systems.

Who you are

• More than 10 years of business experience in commercial roles, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and product management.
• A customer‑centric and innovation‑driven mindset, combined with strong analytical skills.
• Proven experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders across the globe, ensuring close alignment with partners in Commercial, R&D, and other business functions.
• A proactive attitude, a high level of independence, and willingness to travel internationally.
• Facade experience considered an advantage; fluency in English required, additional language skills a plus.
