We are now looking for another team member to join us in the Group People Team as a Senior Digital Systems Manager to work within the team responsible for the implementation of our global HRIS, SuccessFactors.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Digital Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of our new global HRIS, SuccessFactors, while ensuring that digital HR programs and solutions at Knauf hold the internal customer’s interests in mind.
The following are examples of tasks in the role:
- Converting business needs into compliant digital solutions to support and advance the global HR strategy.
- Optimizing business processes while ensuring they meet Knauf IT and compliance standards and enabling them with technology to address business pain points.
- Partnering with HR teams globally, as well as Knauf IT, to contribute to improving the overall employee and HR experience at Knauf in a compliant manner.
- Serving as the subject matter expert for compensation and benefits within the HRIS environment, ensuring that the HRIS meets the specific needs and requirements for managing global and local compensation and benefits programs.
- Overseeing the configuration, testing, and deployment of compensation and benefits modules.

We expect the post-holder to be experienced and comfortable delivering excellent end-user HR experience through technology, ideally within a global organization, with a specific specialism in compensation and benefits being advantageous.
You will need to be adept at working with stakeholders at different levels and have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate regularly across multiple levels of colleagues, including C-Level.
