What you'll do

• As a member of the Group IT Senior Management Team, you will drive the strategy, performance and modernization of our technology backbone across infrastructure, cloud, connectivity, digital workplace, service delivery and rollout management

• You define and execute the Technology Solutions strategy in line with Group IT and business priorities as well as ensure reliable, secure and cost-effective technology platforms and services globally

• Drive modernization, automation, standardization, operational excellence and strengthen cyber resilience, technology risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities

• Lead strategic vendor and managed service provider relationships, manage budget, workforce planning and capability development as well as lead and develop international teams across multiple locations and cultures

• Build strong partnerships across Group IT, Regional IT and business functions, influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership

Who you are

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline

• Extensive leadership experience in infrastructure, cloud platforms, workplace technologies and IT operation and proven track record of leading large, international technology organizations

• Experience delivering transformation, modernization and operational excellence at scale as well as a strong understanding of cyber security, technology governance and risk management

• Experience managing strategic technology investments, vendors and managed service providers with demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Board and C-level executives, while leading large-scale technology transformation in a global environment

• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum onsite presence of three days per week and to undertake occasional international travel
