What you\'ll do

• In this role, you will lead process improvement projects, analyzing data to identify and address inefficiencies effectively
• Using powerful tools such as VSM, Swimlane diagrams, RCCA\'s, Kaizen, and DMAIC, you will dive deep into process analysis to drive impactful change
• Teams will look to you for inspiration and guidance as you help identify root causes and transform challenges into opportunities for innovation and growth
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you\'ll design and implement strategic solutions and ensure success through vigilant KPI monitoring
• As a champion of best practices, you will ensure compliance with industry standards while fostering a dynamic culture of continuous improvement

Who you are

• You have a strong background in transportation coupled with significant expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills make you the perfect fit for this position
• You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and effectively influencing change
• Equipped with excellent communication skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver outstanding results
• Your ability to inspire and motivate empowers teams to reach new heights of operational excellence
