challenge of helping us achieve ambitious scaling goals while continuing to empower the active community. Right now, we are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/d) based in Berlin or Konstanz.
Who you are
- You have an end-to-end understanding of marketing – from product marketing, to demand generation, to event marketing and paid advertising.
- You are comfortable with short or long form writing (the ability to write a 1-pager, or write some ad copy) and have impeccable English grammar.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experienced in partner or B2B marketing roles, preferably in the technology or analytics software industry.
- Able to handle, track, and prioritize high volumes of tasks.
- Strong understanding of partner dynamics and experience working with a diverse partner ecosystem including VAR, GSIs and Reseller partnerships.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing partner marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure performance.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Additional languages beyond English are a nice to have.
That\’s the job
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with partners to create co-marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive demand generation and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Operationalize the partner journey with market and campaign readiness programs to drive effective brand and growth strategies for partners at every stage of maturity within the KNIME Partner program.
- Support partner recruitment programs by aligning ideal partner profiles and targets to existing demand-generation programs.
- Act as the primary liaison between the marketing and the partner team, providing guidance, feedback, support, and resources to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support the partner enablement efforts by developing marketing collateral to empower partners to effectively market KNIME’s solutions.
- Utilize data and analytics to track the performance of partner marketing programs and initiatives, measure ROI, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
