YOUR TASKS

• Structuring, organizing and preparing internal / external appointments / meetings, also globally
• Correspondence of the Chief Compliance Officer in German and English, legal research
• Travel coordination and billing for the Chief Compliance Officer
• Responsibility for invoices (receipt, evaluation, forwarding)
• Coordination of the budget responsibility of the Chief Compliance Officer
• Presentation preparation for various reports to the Management Board and Supervisory Board in alignment with the Chief Compliance Officer, incl. Compliance Dash Board / Compliance Reporting Framework
• Support of projects and, if necessary, assumption of special projects
• Introduction to the individual topics and their processing
• Procurement of information and reports, collection of topics, requesting documents from various departments, and managing and coordinating protocols and records
• Establishment and consolidation of important contacts / networks within the company and externally
• Interface to the departments, in particular Legal & HR and all internal and external business partners of the Chief Compliance Officer
• Close cooperation with the other assistants and executive assistants, networking with other assistants
• Personnel administration and support, incl. interns, incl. coordinator for the onboarding

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position at a high management level in an international corporate environment or at a renowned management consultancy – ideally, initial experience in the field of compliance
• Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable
• Fluent in German and English (business fluent)
• Analytical mindset, independent work
• Strong interpersonal communication, intercultural cooperation, change and project management, presentation / moderation measures, orientation/problem-solving skills
• High degree of integrity, absolute discretion, loyalty and accountability as well as assertiveness
