YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation of the global HR Target Operating Model (HR TOM)
- Maintain and update FTE, role and organizational overviews
- Support reporting for HR Leadership, Governance Boards and project committees
- Prepare presentations, analyses and management materials
- Maintain SharePoint pages, project pages and communication materials
- Support change and communication activities within the HR organization
- Prepare reports and ad-hoc analyses for the HR Transformation Office
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources or a comparable degree program
- Interest in organizational development, HR transformation and project management
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Very good command of German and English
- Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working in international teams
