Working Student Strategic Transformation & AI (m/f/d)

• Support the Transformation Office in driving strategic growth, efficiency, and AI initiatives across the Rail Division
• Prepare management presentations, analyses, and decision-making materials
• Assist in project management, workshop preparation, and stakeholder coordination
• Contribute to AI, digitalization, and transformation projects
• Conduct research and data analysis to support key business decisions
• Support communication and change management activities across the organization
• Support the development of prototypes, automations, and digital solutions for AI and transformation use cases
• Contribute to the enhancement and industrialization of existing tools by helping transition local solutions into scalable cloud-based applications
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, coding tools, and AI-enabled development approaches

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, strategy, digitalization, and business transformation
• Analytical mindset and structured way of working
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Self-driven, reliable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
• First hands-on programming experience through university projects, internships, student jobs, or personal projects
• Basic knowledge of software development, scripting, or automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Power Platform, or similar technologies)
• Passion for building practical solutions and experimenting with new technologies, AI tools, and cloud platforms
