We have ambitious plans, and you have the opportunity not only to be a part of it, but also to contribute and actively shape our projects.We are seeking a passionate personality to join our Product and Infrastructure team in the role of:Solution Architect (80 – 100%)About the Role:You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to an exciting and fast-evolving product journey. Our recently launched Integration layer stands in the market as a cutting-edge product, offering unparalleled connectivity and solutions for our clients in the financial sector.In this role, you will play a key part in defining and enhancing the product’s capabilities, collaborating closely with a talented team of Software Developers, DevOps engineers, as well as the Product Owner and other stakeholders.Your Tasks:Own the overall technical vision and design the end-to-end architecture for our Integration layer, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architecture to support the growth of our SaaS products.Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO-27001).Work closely with prospects, clients, and internal teams to refine requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the financial sector, and apply them to enhance Knowledge Lab’s product offering.Your Skills:A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience in software architecture, with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.Proven track record in delivering high-performance, resilient, and highly available systems, ideally within the financial industry.Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure or similar) and microservice-based solutions.Solid understanding of data security, financial compliance standards, and SaaS operation.Familiarity with Avaloq and other core banking platforms is a big plus.Fluency in English is essential, German language skills are an advantage.In a Nutshell:This is a unique opportunity to shape a product almost from scratch.
