You extract domain knowledge from operations teams and turn it into working AI agents for the energy sector — from supplier switching and grid connection to billing. You run the interview, translate it into an agent the same week, and harden it until it holds up in day-to-day operation.
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of GenAI engineering with your own GenAI applications in production — not just demos
- Production-grade Python; prompt engineering, RAG, tool use / function calling, and agent orchestration
- Evaluation: test sets, golden questions, regression tests — and rapid prototyping from interview to working agent in days
- Context engineering: chunking, retrieval, metadata, and knowledge structures
- Interviewing and client contact: able to run workshops with utilities' business teams on your own
- Business-fluent German
- Bonus: energy sector (GPKE, EDIFACT, SAP IS-U, kVASy), BPMN, GCP/Docker/CI-CD, or knowledge graphs
You grow our social media presence as an AI startup: formats, topics, and content around AI, KRITIS, and our projects — working directly with the founders, no marketing department in between.
What we're looking for
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (business, management & technology, consumer science, business informatics, or something entirely different) — motivation is what counts
- A good feel for social media: what works and what gets attention
- Creative, self-driven, and bold enough to bring your own ideas to life
- Genuine interest in tech and AI — no data science background needed
You work directly with the founders on the levers that move the company next: go-to-market, pipeline and positioning, funding and grant programs — and ops processes you build yourself and then make obsolete.
What we're looking for
- Studying business administration, industrial engineering, management & technology, or something entirely different — as long as you think structurally and roll up your sleeves
- Self-driven: you don't need a task list to get started
- Confident with Excel and PowerPoint; you use AI tools naturally in your day-to-day work
- Interest in AI and the B2B context — no tech degree required
- Clear communication in German and English, internally and with clients
