HR Business Partner HQ (m/w/d)

The role offers an opportunity to shape most people-related aspects of the company, thereby influencing the final delivery of teams to our customers. You will monitor the hiring of the right people, help your teams develop effective dynamics, continuously push for better and faster performance, and act as a right hand to your business manager for goal setting, performance evaluation, and people development.

In your role, you will be responsible for partnering with dedicated managers, supporting their subordinate managers and reports.

• Monitor team and individual performance levels, initiate actions when issues arise, and suggest ongoing improvement ideas.
• Support your dedicated managers and their teams, serving as a trustworthy partner for all people-related matters.
• Continuously develop ideas to improve our care and support for our people to enable rapid business growth.
• Maintain order in payroll input, HR administration—particularly onboarding and offboarding—and ensure compliance.
• Be an ambassador of our culture and integrate it into all aspects of our business practices.
• Serve as a “go-to” person for various issues, big and small.
• Promote learning, growth, and boundary-pushing within your teams.

What we look for

• A skilled HR professional with at least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• A person with a business mindset and an innovative approach to problem solving, who is structured, diligent, and attentive to people\’s needs.
• Someone not afraid to tackle any task head-on.
• An experienced professional with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the People & Culture agenda—hiring, onboarding, offboarding, performance and talent management, employment law, etc.
• A self-starter capable of working independently and delivering results without a large support team.
• Someone passionate about high levels of customer orientation.
• Experience working in an international environment is a big plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
