We’re looking for experienced Operations Managers to drive performance, process innovation, and customer excellence in our fulfillment centers across the DACH region.

What you’ll do:

• Lead daily warehouse operations (inbound/outbound/planning)
• Optimize processes to boost on-time delivery & customer satisfaction
• Ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and 5S standards
• Manage, coach, and grow your team
• Act as a key player in scaling up one of Europe’s most exciting e-com logistics networks

What you bring:

• At least three years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a comparable leadership position.
• Leadership experience in e-commerce or FMCG warehouse environments
• Strong WMS skills, Lean/Six Sigma mindset (a plus!)
• Cool head under pressure and sharp focus on results
• A drive to build—not just manage—operations
• Fluent German or English
