We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our expanding team in a Perth-based role with the ability to travel to site if and when required.
About the role
- Develop, implement, and execute effective sales plans that are aligned to strategic objectives.
- Generate leads to strengthen market share and secure sales.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and economic patterns/factors that will impact on the sale of spares and supplies.
- Develop and manage account relationships within client organisations.
- Development and management of framework agreements with key clients.
- Coordinate the bidding team with alignment to the winning strategy.
- Stay informed of factors impacting client fulfillment and job performance after sales process is complete.
- Use sales tools to support the sales process and targets, ensuring effective data entry, sales pipeline management and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for cross/up selling of other Koch equipment and/or services and work with other Koch sales and technical personnel to secure/close.
- Assist in defining sales growth strategies, and execute, mentoring and guiding junior sales professionals in order to achieve division, team and individual targets.
- Report to Head of Sales in the development of strategy and plans for the growth of sales.

- Broad commercial and financial acumen.
- Skilled negotiator.
- Previous experience in a sales management role, preferably concerned with the sales of technical machinery and marketing of spares/ supplies within a similar OEM and/ or industry.
