Senior Product Owner (SAFe) – Central Data Platform
Location Vienna Experience Senior We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Owner (SAFe)
to take end-to-end ownership of a
Central Data Platform
that uniquely identifies infrastructure assets across multiple systems and links them together.The role combines SAFe Product Ownership with strong requirements engineering and stakeholder coordination in a hybrid setup (Vienna). Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end business ownership of the product across functional domains. Define clear product direction, structure, and priorities. Demonstrate strong decision-making and take ownership of implementation. Assume end-to-end delivery responsibility for the product. Elicit, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable work packages. Ensure efficient and consistent implementation of requirements. Dive into detailed topics when needed to ensure high-quality delivery and successful implementation. Ensure the overall functional framework and actively manage cross-functional dependencies. Act as a key interface between IT, business stakeholders, and connected customer systems. Coordinate stakeholders to ensure consistent integration and implementation of requirements. Provide hands-on leadership and closer operational guidance to teams when required. Foster an agile, solution-oriented, customer-centric, collaborative, and innovation-driven working environment. Requirements Senior-level experience as a
Product Owner in a SAFe environment . Strong requirements engineering skills (elicitation, prioritization, translation into work packages). Strong decision-making skills and ownership mindset for implementation and delivery. Ability to understand complex situations quickly and steer them effectively. Strong understanding of technical concepts, system architectures, and operational processes. Pragmatic, value-driven approach with focus on delivering business value. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across IT, business stakeholders, and connected customer systems. German
language proficiency: native level or
