Körber Pharma is striving for a strong growth path requiring a Strategic Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to drive strategic projects and initiatives as part of the Strategy and M&A team.
Your role in our team
Strategic coordination and alignment of projects and key initiatives to ensure the right things are prioritized in line with the management team and driven forward
Ensure implementation of decisions and initiatives of the management team by excellent communication
Track project progress of strategic projects and initiatives
Ensure in-time project execution by supporting project owners with strategic advice
Sparring partner to the project owners on complex decisions, by adding sound decision tools and background information
Participate in the strategy process to build the long-term strategy for the Business Area Pharma
Contribute to the strategy development processes of the Business Area Körber Pharma such as:
Analyzing the competitive landscape & creating market outlooks
Identification of valuable portfolio gaps
Identification of M&A targets
Preparing documentation on top management level as basis for Körber Group executive board
Owning and leading strategic initiatives and roadmaps with high growth impact in collaboration with Körber Pharma Management
Working in cross-functional teams to implement the overall strategy of the Business Area
Project leadership for selected strategic projects in direct co-operation with members of the leadership team
Support relevant executive stakeholders across the Business Area Pharma
Your profile
Master's degree or equivalent in business, engineering or related fields
More than 3 years experience in strategy consulting or industry (e.g. Industrial goods, Pharma, etc.) with experience in multi project management
Previous working experience in life sciences and/or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
A strong business orientation with the ability to successfully align generated data with the strategic and practical demands of the business
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations
Entrepreneurial spirit and high curiosity
High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
Strong stakeholder relation management skillsExperience in leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization
Strong project and process management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and material preparation skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluency in German and English in both, verbal and written communication
Willingness to travel

We offer an attractive salary package in line with your qualification, experience and individual competencies. We are legally obliged to state that the minimum salary for this position refers to the applicable collective agreement, which is EUR 55.000,00 p.a. (based on full-time). Of course, we are willing to pay a market-rate salary depending on your qualifications and professional background.
