The Team is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As a part of your daily work, you will be dealing with various both small and large projects for the high-tech industry within a highly dedicated team of professionals. Explore your tasks and responsibilities:

• Management of planning, implementation, and finalization of projects for semiconductor, flat panel display, photovoltaic, or battery production facilities.
• Ownership of cost, time, and quality targets of the project.
• Overall responsibility for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and related topics.
• Internal and external project reporting.
• Assembly and management of project team during the planning and execution phases.
• Management and coordination of external partners and suppliers.
• Risk management for the project.
• Participation in contract award negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Completed Master\’s studies in industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture, building services, or clean room technology.
• Longstanding professional experience in the planning and execution of EPC investment projects.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel and stay onsite.
• Independent and service-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills.
• Engage in engineering world-changing facilities contributing to groundbreaking advancements.
• Prioritize health, wellbeing, and environmental excellence in our workplace culture.
• Commitment to incident-free workplace practices ensuring safety and security for all team members.
• 5+ years of professional experience in planning engineering, electrical engineering.
• Basic knowledge of clean room regulations is an advantage.
• Knowledge in building automation systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software, DIALux, or similar.
• Confident handling of common PC programs and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility.
• Quick comprehension.
• Willingness to travel, with domestic travel to project sites about 10%.

Education:

Completed university studies in the field of engineering, or comparable qualification through technical training with several years of professional experience.
