You will shape and drive the global internal communications agenda for Körber’s Supply Chain business area, reporting directly to the Vice President Communications & Marketing.
In this role, you will connect employees with our strategic priorities, transformation agenda and LIFE 2035 guiding framework, working closely with Körber Group Brand & Communications, Marketing, HR and senior leaders.
You will combine strategic influence with hands-on delivery, ensuring that communication is timely, authentic and creates real engagement across our globally distributed workforce.
Your role in our team
- You will define and execute the global internal communications strategy, aligned with Business Area Supply Chain’s business priorities and the Körber Group communications strategy.
- You will translate strategic business objectives into clear internal narratives, helping employees understand the reasons behind key decisions, changes and milestones.
- You will design, set up and deliver executive communication formats, including strategic announcements, all-hands meetings, town halls and leadership updates, supported by scripts, briefings, FAQs and manager toolkits.
- You will own and continuously improve internal channels, including the intranet/Share Point, employee newsletters and collaboration platforms, and manage a global editorial calendar with engaging written, visual and multimedia content.
- You will conceptualise, plan and organise in-person and virtual internal events in German and English, including employee gatherings, leadership off-sites, town halls, engagement activations and cultural initiatives.
- You will lead internal communications for transformation programs, organisational changes and post-merger integration, partnering closely with HR, Legal, Group Brand & Communications and External Communications on message framing, timing and alignment.
Your profile
- You hold a degree in Economics, Communication Management, Journalism or a comparable qualification, with at least 7 years of experience in internal or corporate communications in a global, matrixed organisation.
- You have a proven track record in change, transformation and M&A communications, including high-stakes announcements and leadership communication.
- You are experienced in organising and managing large-format in-person and virtual events end-to-end, and are a confident presenter and facilitator in leadership settings.
- You bring excellent storytelling, messaging and copywriting skills, combined with strong visual communication and multimedia content capabilities.
- You are familiar with digital internal platforms such as Share Point, intranets, enterprise collaboration and video tools, and use data, feedback, KPIs and AI-enabled tools to improve communication effectiveness.
- You are native in German and business fluent in English, culturally aware, proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced transformation environment.
