Responsibilities

• Classical duties in gate and reception services
• Reception, control and forwarding of visitors and suppliers
• Perform control and closing rounds
• Opening and closing services
• Monitoring safety and reporting technology
• Professional response to irregularities
• Work in preventive fire protection
• Initiate first measures
• Handle relevant incidents
• Document services
• Accept and forward calls
• Mail handling
• Reporting and record-keeping

Qualifications

• IHK training according to §34a GewO or higher
• Willingness to undergo training as a company paramedic
• Current background check – no relevant entries
• First-aid knowledge desirable
• Excellent German in speaking and writing
• Willingness to work shifts – also on weekends and public holidays
• Friendly, customer-oriented and polished appearance
• Motivated and team-player
• Good IT skills (desirable)
