kollex is a Berlin-based foodtech startup that connects food-service businesses with suppliers through a digital ordering platform. The platform helps coordinate orders and makes purchasing simpler, more efficient, and more sustainable.
Задачи:
- Lead accounts payable and receivable and coordinate external service providers
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
- Handle sales controlling and prepare revenue forecasts
- Contribute to monthly and annual financial statements under HGB and coordinate with the tax advisor
- Serve as the primary contact for auditors during the annual audit, answer technical questions, and provide the required documents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for the advisory board and shareholders
- Apply for funding, such as the research allowance, and handle related reporting
- Continuously develop internal finance processes
- Support management with strategic and operational decisions
Требования:
- Degree in business administration or a comparable field, specializing in finance, controlling, or accounting
- At least 2 years of professional experience in finance or controlling
- Experience building financial models
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with DATEV Unternehmen online, common CRM tools, and tools for invoice creation and processing
