Project Manager Data Protection - April 2025 remote, remote

For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager for Data Protection .

Overview:

Cross-stream testing of the further/newly developed systems and data processing in the RAITT MM environment. With a focus on existing and newly introduced/developed applications and personal data streams along the entire customer lifecycle.

Tasks:

1. Recording of requests, as well as their structuring, prioritization and content clustering, as well as documentation in Jira and Confluence.
2. Advice on the collection, prioritization and definition of requirements, as well as the associated documentation in Jira and Confluence for features, epics and requirements from a (data protection) law and procedural / technical point of view, as well as determination of the development order.
3. Empower internal teams to use the documentation provided from Jira and Confluence through clear process overviews and needs-based knowledge sharing.
4. Coordination of defined requirements between specialist departments, development teams and external partners in German and English.
5. Advising the B2P and Stream MassMarket on Agile Project Methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe) and Structures in German and English.
6. Derivation of best practices for the further development of the area in the collection and prioritization and definition of requirements, as well as the associated documentation in Jira and Confluence on features, epics and requirements from a (data protection) law and procedural / technical point of view.

1. Project management in the digital IT sector.
2. Experience as a Business Analyst.
3. Coordination of cross-functional requirements across the customer lifecycle.
4. Backlog management.
5. Experience in the further development of IT platforms.
