We are looking for you as a Sales Advisor for the French-speaking Switzerland region (area to be defined later).Your roleIn this position, you advise our clients on [word missing in source] and replacement of [word missing in source].Your concrete contribution- Proactive development and maintenance of relationships with clients in your area of responsibility and proposal of KONE solutions corresponding to their needs- Responsible for the development of KONE market shares in your area- Technical surveys on existing installations to be replaced and technical advice to clients and internally with the design office- Drafting of offers and responses to tenders- Responsible for pricing using approved tender tools, and for the management of prices and discounts within your limits of authority and conclusion of contracts in compliance with KONE commercial policy- Responsible for achieving sales, price, and discount targets- Responsible for reporting in the CRM tool [Name] with complete information on opportunities, tasks, and visits- Transfer of projects to the project manager in compliance with internal processes- Guarantor of client satisfaction and resolution of issues with the rest of the KONE team- Responsible for collecting relevant information on the market and competition in the field- Development of your network through active presence on professional social networksYour base value- Education in commercial and/or technical fields- Successful experience of at least 5 years in the field of selling technical solutions, ideally in the sale of elevators, or in the building/real estate sector- Important network of contacts in French-speaking Switzerland- Ability to negotiate and sense of responsibility- Ability to achieve objectives and resistance to stress- Excellent communication and entrepreneurial spirit- French language.
