Overview
As Managing Director/CEO, you will lead growth and expansion across Germany and Austria, building a scalable regional organization to support a multi-site rollout. You drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance while establishing a strong leadership team and governance structures. You ensure brand standards and customer experience across all locations and coordinate with international stakeholders. This role offers a chance to shape a high-growth business at scale.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and execute the growth and expansion strategy for Germany and Austria
- Build and lead a scalable organization to support multi-unit growth
- Drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance
- Recruit, develop, and manage franchise partners for strong network performance
- Lead site acquisition, openings, and market development
- Build a high-performing leadership team and performance-driven culture
- Establish efficient operating structures, governance processes, and KPIs
- Ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience
- Oversee supply chain, procurement, and infrastructure for sustainable growth
- Create a professional headquarters and recruit key leadership roles
- Act as the primary interface between local operations and international stakeholders
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Extensive leadership experience in franchise, hospitality, retail, foodservice, or multi-unit environments (ideally QSR)
- Proven track record in scaling businesses and expanding networks
- Strong experience in franchise development, network management, and market rollout strategies
- Proven ability to take full P&L responsibility and drive revenue and unit economics
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams and scalable structures
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with KPI management
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with execution focus and builder mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation in international settings
- Experience leading organizations through rapid growth, transformation, and multi-site expansion
