Primary duties
- coordinating maintenance and repair needs for housing associations
- preparing and supervising contracts
- participating in technical inspections and condition assessments
- collaborating with boards, owners, residents, and contractors
- providing technical customer service and communication
- attending meetings when needed
Preferred background
- technical understanding of building maintenance or construction
- suitable technical or commercial education
- strong interpersonal skills
- proactive and organized work approach
- ability to handle multiple tasks
- good digital skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365
- ability to stay calm under pressure
Experienced is to be valued, and IAT certification or willingness to pursue it is a bonus.
