ENVIRONMENTAL & CSR MANAGER (M/F/D)
Location: Augsburg, Germany. Ismaning, Germany.

Your duties
- Responsibility for environmental, health and safety management for all Kontron Europe GmbH sites
- Cooperation and coordination with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department of Kontron AG and responsibility for local implementation
- Maintenance and further development of the integrated management system
- Carrying out environmental impact assessments and risk assessments
- Content responsibility for various sustainability rating platforms
- Planning, conducting and following up internal and external audits
- Support of internal and external (authority) inspections
- Preparation of the Management Review
- Collaboration in cross-departmental projects for process optimization
- Motivation and training of employees on the topics of environment, quality, CSR, etc.
Skills required
- Successfully completed studies in the field of environment, energy, resource management or comparable education
- Qualification as a quality management/environmental management auditor and/or other certification in the field of environmental management
- Knowledge of current ISO standards and environmental regulations
- Knowledge of current regulations in the area of sustainability and CSR
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
