Overview
In this role, you drive growth for Korn Ferry Digital by leading enterprise opportunities in the DACH region and building a high-performing sales team. You will win strategic deals while coaching others to raise their performance, coordinating with Consulting and solution experts to deliver the Talent Suite and broader Korn Ferry solutions. You’ll shape pipeline strategy, forecast accurately, and advance multi-stakeholder opportunities with senior HR and business leaders. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends selling, coaching, and account development to scale impact.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own and close strategic enterprise opportunities
- Build and execute a high-quality pipeline strategy across key DACH accounts
- Win new logos and expand existing client relationships
- Coach, develop and inspire a team of enterprise sellers
- Drive account planning, forecasting, deal strategy and commercial discipline
- Create measurable growth through collaboration with KF
- Partner with senior HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Enterprise software, HR tech, SaaS or technology-enabled solutions sales experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven success closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience selling to CHROs, Talent Leaders and C-Suite stakeholders
- Strong new-business hunting capability and account expansion expertise
- Previous sales leadership, team leadership or player/coach experience
- Ability to thrive in a consultative, matrixed environment
