HR Manager (f/m) – Leading Cultural Transformation | Southern Germany A well-established industrial company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to support a major transformation at one of its key production sites in Southern Germany . Your mission : You’ll act as a strategic partner to the site leadership team and lead a small HR team, with the goal of building a more engaging, people-centric culture while maintaining strong HR operations. What you’ll do : Drive employee engagement, retention, and cultural transformation Lead and develop the local HR team Support leaders on performance and talent development Ensure smooth HR operations, including labor law and payroll Use HR data to guide your strategy and continuous improvements What we’re looking for : Solid experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in an industrial setting Background in cultural change and people development Fluent German , comfortable in English Hands-on, collaborative, and strategic mindset If you want to be part of an exciting transformation within a successful and international group – don’t hesitate to apply.
