Overview
As a consultant at Korn Ferry, you help leaders tackle workforce and organizational challenges across Europe and beyond. You work at the intersection of Total Rewards, Organization Design, Operating Model Transformation and Talent Strategy to drive transformation and performance. You partner with senior stakeholders to design reward and workforce architectures that attract, retain and develop talent. This role offers broad exposure to cross‑functional work and meaningful impact on client organisations.

- Design Total Rewards and pay transparency strategies to attract, retain, and ensure fairness
- Build organizational structures and operating models that enable growth and transformation
- Develop career architectures, skills frameworks, and talent strategies aligned to future needs
- Advise on workforce effectiveness, organizational performance and employee value propositions
- Navigate evolving regulations and changing workforce expectations
- Lead complex, high-profile consulting engagements across Europe and beyond
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8–15 years' experience in management consulting, HR consulting, organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation or reward consulting
- Strong problem-solving and client advisory skills
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex projects
- Genuine curiosity about how organisations, jobs, skills, careers and rewards are evolving
- Fluency in English and German
