We are looking for a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner – to join Korn Ferry in partnership with our client Galderma. Galderma is a global leader in the field of dermatology. They are a highly innovative company with a portfolio of top-notch science-based brands in aesthetics, consumer care and prescription medicine. This role will be based onsite in Düsseldorf for 3 days per week. The office is located close to the train station. The Role: As a Senior Recruiter your focus will be on partnering with various stakeholder groups to create effective hiring strategies for current or forecasted vacancies within your area of responsibility. As a trusted, consultative partner, you will recruit for roles at all levels in your region and be the “go to” person for assistance in your team. Your strong process skills, and creative sourcing techniques will ensure success and growth of the account. Providing high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities, you will consultatively manage the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Job Responsibilities: Take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity Maintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders Conduct briefings with Hiring managers, gaining an understanding their hiring needs, and advising on the most appropriate candidate attraction strategies for their role(s), Decide on and execute the appropriate recruitment strategy for your roles, inclusive of sourcing, screening, assessment, and short-listing using various direct sourcing methods and using all resources available to you, Support, challenge, and drive best practice at each stage of the recruitment process, Champion effective candidate management throughout our hiring process, ensuring candidates receive the premium Korn Ferry and client experience, Support and mentor more junior members of your team, supporting their knowledge and skills development. Profile: Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an agency or, inhouse or RPO environment, Experience recruiting within commercial functions, including sales roles will be required Experience recruiting for the Pharma industry would be a plus, Workers’ council experience would be advantageous, Experience working with ATS (eg Taleo, Workday, etc.) Experience in delivering a consultative recruitment experience to all stakeholders, including HR, the business, and candidates, Experience in liaising with and supporting Senior Leadership with their recruitment, Proven track record of creating and executing creative and innovate hiring strategies that support hiring needs, Experience with D&I sourcing techniques, Fully fluent in German and English
