Sales Manager (Beer Industry – Germany based)

Candidates must be native German speakers with deep knowledge of the local market and strong existing networks. Only candidates with established professional experience in Germany will be considered.
We are supporting a well-established international food company in hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth for its operations in Bavaria, near Munich (approx. 45 minutes).
What you will lead:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the German market
- Build partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, restaurant groups, Horeca, and supermarket chains
- Manage key accounts and drive new customer acquisition
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with brewery operations, logistics, and HQ commercial teams
- Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
- Establish sales processes, pricing structures, and performance metrics
- Build the sales team over time (0–1 role)
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in beer, brewery, beverage, or alcohol sales
- Familiarity with German B2B beverage channels (distributors, Horeca, retail chains)
- Proven track record in business development and KA management
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable with building structures from scratch
- Hands‑on commercial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑growing, international environment

Additional Requirements (Important Clarifications):
