With us, you’ll work on digital solutions related to ticketing and customer service. You’ll analyze why fans need support, test new technologies, and help make processes smarter. Along the way, you’ll get to know chatbots, voicebots, automation, and AI - and, if you’re interested, the world of live entertainment behind concerts and festivals.

KGaA - the European market leader in ticketing and a provider of live entertainment - we are always at the forefront of innovation. During your apprenticeship, you’ll learn how to plan digital projects, optimize processes, and make smart use of data. From the “backstage area” of our strategies to the “main stage” of customer interaction, you’ll gain a broad range of insights.

Your apprenticeship with us starts on August 1, 2027. You will attend vocational school at Schulzentrum Utbremen.

What you can expect

Together with us, you’ll learn how to:

• analyze digital customer service and ticketing processes, identify potential improvements, and make workflows simpler and faster.
• work with chatbots, voicebots, live chat, and AI tools, as well as test new digital solutions.
• evaluate customer inquiries and develop ideas for answering questions more quickly or automatically.
• maintain and further develop our knowledge base so that both people and AI can quickly find the right information.
• evaluate new software solutions, support their implementation, and assess their benefits in everyday work.
• train colleagues in digital tools and processes and support them in using these tools.

What you bring

• A lower secondary school diploma, advanced technical college entrance qualification, or university entrance qualification.
• An interest in digital technologies and business-related contexts.
• An enjoyment of data analysis, organization, and new technologies.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and an independent approach to work.
• You don’t need to be an IT expert yet. What matters much more is that you are curious, ask questions, and enjoy discovering how technology can make things better.
