Kraken Robotics is currently seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team in Rostock, Germany.
The primary purpose of the Quality Control Technician is to develop and maintain inspections on parts and products.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBIITIES
- Incoming inspection of electrical components (circuit boards, cables, further electrical assemblies)
- Testing in accordance with internal and external specifications
- Service and maintenance of test equipment
- Documentation of inspections and controls in according to instructions and templates; proper filing and maintenance of documents
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education & Background
- Education or training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, quality control, or a related field
- Preferred: Certified electrician or background in electrical engineering (no college degree required)
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality control and/or electrical component testing
- Processing and handling of electrical components
- Preferred: Quality control and inspection in a manufacturing industry
Technical Skills
- Understanding of circuit diagrams/schematics and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using measurement equipment and test instruments
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements is preferred

- A detailed and reliable approach to work
- Goal-oriented problem-solving
- Accurate and professional communication
Language Skills
- Good written and spoken German
- Good English skills are preferred
