Kraken seeks a senior affiliate operator to own and scale the global affiliate programme and KOL strategy. You will lead affiliate and KOL execution in North America and collaborate with LATAM, Europe, and APAC. You will recruit, scale, and manage top partners, ensuring sustainable value and payback targets. You will work hands-on with partners on onboarding, offers, content and retention, using data to drive decisions and protect the brand from abuse. Prior crypto/fintech exposure is a plus.
