Kranus Health is a fast‑growing digital health company focused on consumer‑facing products in urology and gynaecology. While we currently generate millions in revenue through a field sales force, we are now building a world‑class performance marketing machine from scratch. Your responsibilities
- Build online marketing from scratch for a revenue‑strong company
- Own P&L and the full performance marketing KPI stack end‑to‑end (CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, funnel conversion, contribution margin)
- Acquire patients in a complex regulatory environment
- Build the funnel: creatives → landing pages → tracking → iteration → scale
- Run, optimize and scale acquisition across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other channels (Communities, TikTok, affiliates, retargeting, partnerships)
Your mindset
- Extremely detail‑oriented and data‑driven
- Love building things and fine‑tuning daily
- Work with AI agents before asking for additional team resources
- Comfortable with online tools and workflows, able to improvise solutions
- High agency, outcome‑obsessed and accountable (you say “I’ll do it.”)
Your background
- University degree in a structured field (e.g. engineering, economics, math, science, computer science)
- Track record of building something from scratch (side projects, internships with real responsibility, early career in a high‑performance environment)
- Bonus points for:
- Building paid channels from zero
- Owning a budget
- Running experiments weekly
- Doing funnel and landing page work
- Building dashboards and tracking (GA4, GTM, Looker, etc.)
Tools you'll probably touch
- Google Ads stack (GA4, GTM, etc.), Meta Ads stack
- Creative AI toolchain: Superscale, Claude (Code), Recraft, Canva, Figma
- HubSpot CRM (incl. tracking / attribution setup)
- Dashboards (Power BI & other tools)
- Landing page tools (e.g., Squarespace; use Claude Code for alternatives if you present a strong case)
