Job Description
- Breaking down the global HR strategy into pragmatic, customer-centric solutions that are aliged with busniess requirements
- Taking a holistic view of business requirement in order to keep the perspectives of all stakeholders in mind
- Proactive advice and support for all management teams and employees on HR-related topics throughout the entire employee life cycle (single-point-contact)
- Supporting senior and top management in promotion engagement, mobility, diversity and inclusion
- Driving cultural and organizational change in the responsible areas
- Implementing global/local HR processes with the support area (e.g. management review, salary process, performance & golas, HR planning, etc.)
- Clarification of labour/collective bargaining issues, negotiation of company agreements and trusting cooperation with employee representatives
- Collaboration with experts from HR Services, HR Controlling, Talent Acquisitions, Learning & Development and Global Rewards & Performance to provide integrated HR solutions for the company
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed studies, preferably in economics, (organizational)psychology, law or an equivalent educational backround with a focus on human resourses
- At least 5 years of professional expertice in HR management in an international industrial company
- Expertice in interacting with senior management at eye level
- Professional knowlege of German labour law,preferably also labour contract
- Sound knowlege of HR tools in the areas of recruting, personnel planning and personnel development
- Fluency in written an d spoken German and English
- Good knowlege of MS Office required, knowlege of SAP HR and SuccessFactors an advantage
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality and a structured and operational, implementation-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication and moderation skills, negotiation skills and strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- High degree of discretion and sensitivity as well as the abilty to build networks and close relationships within the company
- Very good understanding of strategy, corporate culture and business requirements
