To reinforce our AUTOMOTIVE team globally, we are looking for an independent SENIOR talent to support the acquisition and execution of customer projects worldwide. Currently, our automotive team consists of 8 experienced managers with a presence in 5 countries, focusing on TierX-OEM and the Independent Aftermarket Business.

At krisalidas, we build a worldwide network of senior professionals who interact with each other to support our customers globally. We create the proper environment where the community becomes the spark that generates opportunities and business. Our partners and associates work on specific projects under the roles of consultants, advisors, interim, or fractional managers.

The idea is to join the krisalidas\‘ global network and operate as a PARTNER . Our customers are automotive component manufacturers and service providers willing to enter and/or expand their sales in countries where they have low or no presence. Additionally, the partner should win accounts in the region where they are based to promote those accounts abroad/overseas.

Automotive includes passenger cars, light commercial vehicles (LCVs, vans), and also heavy-duty/commercial vehicle segments.

Remark: This is an open role to work as a contractor. It means you will need to be self-employed or have your own company to join our platform.

Ideally, the candidate (m/f/n) will match the following criteria:

• Expertise in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Strong track record and consolidated expertise in the automotive industry, preferably with over 20 years of experience.
• Experience in the channel: TierX to OEM and/or Independent Aftermarket.
• Fluent in English and German is a must. Other languages are an asset.
• International experience is desirable.
• The candidate should have a hands-on mentality, be open to travel, willing to work independently but under the umbrella of a consolidated network, proactive, open-minded, and have a clear explorer and hunter spirit.

The candidate will be based in a home office.
