Your mission

Initially limited until 31 December 2025.

As a Content Operations Manager (gn), you will be responsible for the strategy and development of our social media channels on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will lead a dedicated team, foster their development, and ensure that creative and data-driven content successfully reaches our target audience of children and young people under 25 with psychoeducational content on mental health. Additionally, you will support our Ukrainian social media team, guiding their work to ensure targeted communication and local adaptations.

  • Strategy : Creation and implementation of strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to support our mission of destigmatizing mental health.

  • Project Management: Planning and coordinating social media content, including scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely and high-quality publishing.

  • Leadership: Responsibility for guiding and fostering the development of two editors and, if applicable, interns, supporting their personal and professional growth.

  • Content Planning: Overseeing the editorial calendar and ensuring a consistent brand-aligned appearance.

  • Content Production: Leading the conception and creation of engaging, platform-appropriate content, including short videos, stories, and interactive formats for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Online Marketing: Involvement in Online marketing activities such as campaigning to enhance our outreach and impact.

  • Performance Monitoring: Analyzing campaign performance and implementing optimization measures to continuously improve KPIs.

  • Community Management: Ensuring active community engagement and maintaining our community on relevant channels.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serving as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the requirements and expectations of various departments and management are integrated into our social media strategies and content planning.

  • Coordination of Freelancers and Agencies: Managing external service providers, including freelancers and agencies, ensuring seamless integration into ongoing projects through briefings and regular check-ins.

Your profile

  • Relevant degree (e.g. trained media designer, marketing communications manager) or degree in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable qualification.

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media content production or management, ideally focused on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with (psycho)educational content.

  • Initial experience in project management and independently leading and executing projects.

  • Preferably, first experience in people management.

  • Experience in developing and implementing social media and online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach.

  • Proficiency in content creation (text, image, video) and basic knowledge of graphic design tools as well as experience with AI tools for content production.

  • Creativity and a knack for targeted messaging and trends.

  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEA, and social media advertising.

  • Strong understanding of trends and audience behavior on various platforms.

  • High level of organizational skills and self-reliance.

  • Creativity and passion for digital trends to develop innovative content ideas.

  • Ideally based in Berlin.
