Krisp develops voice AI products for meetings and call centers, including noise cancellation, transcription, translation, accent conversion, speech analytics, and AI assistance.
Задачи:
- Own performance marketing targets, spend efficiency, and channel strategy for both products
- Scale established paid search, paid social, creator, affiliate, and emerging channels
- Build attribution, incrementality, LTV, payback, cohort analysis, and campaign dashboards
- Design and run a high-velocity experimentation system
- Decide which campaigns to stop and which to scale based on data
- Automate bid management, creative testing pipelines, audience synchronization, and reporting
- Run both KrispWork’s prosumer/SMB funnel and KrispCX’s call-center funnel
- Build the Krisp Growth Operating System
Требования:
- Personally managed performance campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets and can demonstrate spend managed, CAC achieved, and growth delivered
- Built growth infrastructure from scratch, including tracking, attribution, automation, and reporting
- Strong analytical thinking and experience working with raw data
- Ability to use LTV/CAC, payback curves, marginal ROAS, and incrementality models
- Strong brand judgment across creatives, landing pages, and messaging
- High agency and ability to identify, size, test, and scale opportunities independently
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: scripting, fluent API use, AI tools
