Overview
As an Associate at Kroll, you support clients in meeting regulatory obligations and remediating failures through in-depth due diligence, research, and regulatory knowledge. You will work with a global team to assess risk and deliver narratives that inform client decisions. The role emphasizes multilingual research, collaboration, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape due diligence outcomes for Fortune 500 clients and advance your expertise in compliance and investigations.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Conduct French, German, and English due diligence research using public record databases, commercial and proprietary databases, and news/media sources across jurisdictions
- Collaborate with investigators to interview in-country sources about subject background, reputation, and status
- Apply knowledge of regulations (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, EU GDPR) to daily tasks
- Coordinate with global teams to identify fraud, sanctions risks, and regulatory violations in due diligence subjects
- Analyze and synthesize research findings into narrative reports providing risk assessment and background
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting tight deadlines
