Overview
Join Kroll’s Transaction Advisory Services to help clients navigate complex deal processes with clear, data-driven insights. In this role, you’ll analyze historical trends to explain fluctuations, identify deal issues, and propose actions to improve post-acquisition earnings and cash flow. You will collaborate across teams to uncover new business opportunities and support report writing, contributing to a culture of inclusion and client-focused advisory. This is a hands-on role at a leading professional services firm that values rigorous analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Examine historical trends and discuss significant fluctuations between periods
- Identify issues for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or deal termination
- Identify post-acquisition steps to achieve earnings/cash flow improvements
- Assist clients in identifying pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships
- Manage and contribute to complex areas of the report-writing process
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum of 2 years related accounting or finance work experience
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or MBA
- Public accounting experience
- Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers
- CPA is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Flexibility to travel as needed
