To strengthen our Technology division, we are currently seeking one motivated individual for each of the following positions: Process Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on mechanics and a focus on chemistry
Job Title:
In this role, you will play a key part in designing, validating, and continuously optimizing manufacturing processes in the focus area.
- Design, adaptation, and documentation of manufacturing processes in compliance with legal regulations
- Manufacturer requirements, as well as customer and corporate interests
- Optimization of Equipment and Tooling Technology
- Developing targeted measures based on data analysis
- On-site analysis of the causes of deviations from the standard process
- Resolving these issues in collaboration with the equipment manufacturers or the maintenance department
- Active participation in the implementation of new technologies and processes
- Assistance with the preparation of specifications as part of the investment plan
- Assistance with cost-benefit analyses and support during the acceptance testing of processes and systems
- Training and orientation for department managers and production staff when product or process changes occur
- Conducting process presentations for other departments
Your profile:
- A successfully completed college degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemistry, microtechnology, or a comparable field
- A customer- and quality-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office
