Senior Project Manager - SaaS Solutions & Financial Services
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS, B2B services, finance, and technology to join our growing team. As our solutions are SaaS- and cloud-based, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-oriented environment and who is passionate about leading complex projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery and operation of solutions within the trade finance, and credit sectors. Key responsibilities of the role
Lead and manage end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live support Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, analysts, compliance) and manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle Translate business and technical requirements into structured project plans and actionable tasks Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure timely resolution of project challenges Support operational processes post-implementation and drive continuous improvement of workflows and delivery efficiency Collaborate with consultants, technical, sales and marketing teams to support proposals and solution presentations What we expect from a suitable candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field Proven experience in project management, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or financial services Very good communication skills in English and in other languages, which are considered as a plus Capable of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced situations Excellent analytical skills, sense of prioritization Team-oriented mindset, enjoys working in an office environment and values in-person collaboration European Passport
