The position owns the annual marketing plan and leads brand, product, communications , events and trade marketing, with a clear mandate to improve brand metrics and customer experience. Communications steward brand guidelines and agencies. Lead and develop the team and establish a collaborative operating model with subsidiaries, Sales and the creative studio.
