THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
Performance & Transparency: Monitoring key service KPIs and developing clear reports and dashboards to enable global comparability
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyzing trends and root causes, and deriving concrete recommendations for management and markets
Global Quality Standards: Defining and harmonising service processes and guidelines while balancing global and local needs
Improvement & Market Development: Managing international initiatives and strategically building capabilities and best practices in the markets
Processes & Innovation: Optimising end-to-end processes and tools, and promoting data-driven and AI-powered solutions
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, quality management, or a related field
At least 5–7 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer Service Performance Management, Service Quality, Customer Experience, Operational Excellence or Program Management
Experience in a global or regional HQ role with responsibility across multiple markets
Experience in managing cross‑market initiatives and in driving sustainable performance improvements
