Your Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee global implementation of the Performance Bonus Plan, including the Sales Incentive Plan.
- Automate processes with HRIS and TR Partners, updating bonus plans and managing target distribution and calculations.
- Lead global compensation projects, redesigning programs in collaboration with the Global Head of TR and TR Managers.
- Partner with HR and TR teams to align plan design and incentivization with business needs.
- Advise stakeholders on bonus policies, providing expert advice and analytical support.
- Ensure TR data quality, prepare reports, and manage compensation analysis for Top Management.
- Lead contract management and provide compensation calculations for Top Management.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance; Master’s degree in Human Resources or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in analytical roles in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or other related areas in a global complex organization.
- Professional certification (CCP or GRP) is a plus.
- Solid financial background with an understanding of legal, tax, and employment legislation topics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deal with, synthesize, and simplify large amounts of data.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Business Fluent in English, knowledge of German would be beneficial
