Your Role
Join our Global Air Logistics IT team as a Full-stack Senior Software Engineer and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. In this position, you\’ll work with Java, Spring Boot, and front-end technologies to build scalable applications that support global air logistics operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-stack developer with a strong background in cloud applications, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks.
- Design robust software architectures that ensure efficiency, maintainability, and performance.
- Optimize CI/CD processes, improving automation and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business goals.
- Enhance system monitoring by implementing performance tools, metrics, and alerting solutions.
- Support and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Work with cloud technologies to build and manage cloud-native applications.
- Contribute to Agile/Kanban processes, ensuring efficient project delivery.
Your Skills and Experiences
- 5+ years of experience in agile software development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and JUnit.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (IntelliJ, Git, Maven, Docker, Jira).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS); experience with Angular or TypeScript is a plus.
- Working knowledge of cloud services (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a global team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
