In this role, you will leverage your internal audit and business experience to deliver risk-based and complex audit projects. This may include a wide range of topics such as post-merger integrations or major business transformation.Your RoleAs a Senior Auditor, you will conduct special audits which are coming from a risk-based approach and/or are focused to create value-add for Kuehne+Nagel Senior Management. The objective is to catch-up with the innovation and direction of Kuehne+Nagel Leadership, bringing in disruptive ideas to conduct audits going forward, cover emerging risks and ad-hoc requests from Board of Directors and Management Board.Your ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute and lead topical audits across the organization, document and report audit results in accordance with professional standards for internal auditing.Influence the business by agreeing on corrective actions and delivering clear, concise and insightful audit reports.Advise management on control effectiveness, change initiatives and business effectiveness and efficiency.Recommend remediation actions to improve the effectiveness of controls and operational procedures (DE/OE).As a member of our Special Audit Team, you will lead and support the execution of complex special audits, managing stakeholder expectations and proposing Special Audits to senior management.Support the development and implementation of internal audit methodologies/procedures.Your Skills and ExperiencesMinimum of 5 years of internal audit-related experience, preferably with a big 4 firm or a corporate audit function.Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.Customer focused, collaborative, flexible, persistent, and results-oriented.Self-starter who can adapt quickly to a changing environment.Prior exposure auditing complex programs is a must.Good project management skills and the ability to organize complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Experience with data analytics as part of the audit work.Experience in Compliance & Forensic is a plus.Good Reasons to JoinWe are committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our customers and are proud to be a strong leader in the logistics industry.
