Overview
In this role you drive the development, rollout and continuous improvement of Kuehne+Nagel’s healthcare air logistics product portfolio. You translate customer needs into scalable solutions and coordinate global implementation across the network, collaborating with sales, operations and quality teams. You shape product standards, quality, and compliance, contributing to growth and superior customer experience. This position offers global impact in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Coordinate global product implementation across the network with country teams and local stations
- Translate customer requirements into practical logistics solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve the healthcare product portfolio and drive continuous improvement
- Structure and manage cross-functional product initiatives from planning to implementation
- Collaborate with sales, operations, pricing, and quality teams for consistent delivery
- Support commercial development including tenders and premium services
- Ensure product quality and compliance with GDP and CEIV Pharma requirements
- Share expertise and document processes to enable consistent adoption across the network
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in air logistics
- Experience in product management, project management, product implementation, or process improvement within logistics or supply chain
- Understanding of airfreight operations and translating requirements into solutions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of healthcare logistics, cold chain, temperature-controlled solutions, and passive packaging (advantage)
- Familiarity with GDP and CEIV Pharma regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams
- Strong commercial acumen and customer focus
- Proactive, structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong English skills
