Overview
In this role, you will lead global air logistics implementation projects for new business wins and transitions, aligning customers with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers. You’ll coordinate international, cross-functional efforts to deliver on time with minimal disruption, shaping how complex air logistics solutions scale across regions. You will work closely with customers, account managers, and operations to translate plans into actionable execution, driving measurable impact. This is a high-visibility role with a focus on transformation, process readiness, and stakeholder alignment in a leading logistics environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead global and regional customer implementation projects for new business wins, transitions, and logistics rollouts
- Serve as the primary interface between customers, Key Account Management, and operational teams during the implementation lifecycle
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries to ensure successful execution
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and drive timely issue resolution
- Facilitate customer workshops, implementation meetings, and project reviews
- Ensure operational readiness through process alignment, SOP implementation, training, and handover activities
- Provide clear project updates, reporting, and communication to customers and senior stakeholders
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of experience in air logistics forwarding with strong operational background
- Proven track record in leading customer implementation projects, logistics projects, or complex onboarding in an international setting
- Solid understanding of air freight operations, customer requirements, and end-to-end supply chain workflows
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers (KAMs, operational leaders, C-level where applicable)
- Excellent project management capabilities with capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders; PMP, Prince2, PMI, Agile, or similar certification is an advantage
- Business fluent English; German or other languages are a plus
